Here’s the specs: Whether you're a pro using AI, EPS, PSD, or PDF, or keeping it simple with PNG, or JPG, we’ve got you covered. If your design has a custom shape, uploading Vector Artwork or a PNG with a transparent background helps us dial in your cutline perfectly.

Quality in equals quality out! For a razor-sharp finish, use Vector files or 300 DPI high-resolution art. We print your files exactly as they are supplied—so if your digital proof looks pixelated, the final sticker will too.

If you want your color to go all the way to the edge, you need "bleed." Extend your background art 1/8” beyond the cutline so there are no white gaps after trimming.

To keep your design looking centered and professional, keep all important text and logos at least 1/16” away from the cutline. This gives your art some breathing room and protects it from being clipped.

Absolutely. We never go to press until you’re 100% happy. You’ll receive a digital proof within 24-48 hours of placing your order. This is your chance to review the quality, cutlines and details—once you give us the "thumbs up," we start the magic!

We don’t settle for flimsy. Your designs are printed on premium, Weatherproof & Waterproof vinyl. The ink we print with is rugged, with Superior UV and Scratch Resistance. Whether they’re on a water bottle or a car bumper, they’re built to resist fading, scratching, and peeling—even in the wild.

As long as you haven't approved your proof yet, we can usually swap things out! Just reply to your proof email or contact our support team immediately. Once you hit "Approve" your stickers move into our high-speed production so they can be out to you quickly.

We move fast! Once you approve your proof, your order is printed and packed within 2-5 days.

• Standard Shipping: Every standard sticker order comes with Free Standard Shipping, typically arriving at your door within 5–7 business days once they leave our shop.
• Free Shipping Exclusions: Custom Orders, Discounted Items or Promotions are excluded from our Free Shipping Policy.
• Need it yesterday? If you’re on a tight deadline, we offer Rush Printing and Expedited Shipping. Contact our support team for additional details.

Since every order is 100% custom-made for you, we aren't able to offer returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to print quality (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or approving a proof that doesn’t meet our design recommendations). We want your stickers to be perfect the first time, which is why we need your help! Please carefully review your artwork proofs to ensure every detail—from resolution to spelling—is exactly what you need before it hits the press.  If your item is defective or doesn’t match your approved proof, we’ll make it right. Just contact us with a clear photograph of the issue. Once we verify the defect, we’ll fast-track a reproduction of your items at no cost to you.
